| Mileage and ferry fees (if applicable) may be charged for areas outside King, Pierce, or Snohomish Counties. | |
Personal Consulting and arrangements for any required expedited services are always available. Corresponding fees are project specific and will be arranged prior to beginning work.
This fee schedule provides for:
- AN ON SITE ASBESTOS SURVEY CONDUCTED BY AN AHERA BUILDING INSPECTOR
- SAMPLING
- CONSULTING
- ANALYSES CONDUCTED BY AN ACCREDITED LABORATORY
- REPORT GENERATION AND DELIVERY TO YOU WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.
A certificate of professional liability insurance (in the amount of $2,000,000 naming your firm as additional insured) will be available to you on request, along with additional tax information as you may require. The surve will be done by an AHERA building inspector holding a current certificate, as per Washington State law.
Note: If the project requires the client to be present, and the client fails to show at the scheduled appointment time and place (without notifying Asbesto-Test, Inc. with a 24 hour prior notice) an additional fee of up to $150 may be charged unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to. Our personnel will wait on site 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
