Lead Paints and TCLP Lead Testing

  • We conduct lead paint testing per EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule
  • Published April 22, 2008, under the authority of the Toxic Substances Control Act -section 402ｩ (3) of TCSA
  • After April 22, 2010, the final rule addresses lead-based paint hazards created by renovation, repair, and painting activities that disturb lead-based paint in "target housing" and "child-occupied facilities".

Reporting

Typically, a written AHERA survey report will take five business days to complete following the onsite visit, the survey and the sampling. However, the sample analysis and the report can be expedited for an additional fee!
